    10 votes, 25 comments true Quick fix> Run the installer without uninstalling capcut, if you dont have the installer you can download it for less than 5mb on capcut's website, Run that installer then it will open up capcut that is already installed> once it's opened make sure to PIN it TO TASKBAR You can open it from there
